Crew Lead / Supervisor

Lead from the floor. You will run a small crew across several accounts — setting the pace, running quality checks, and keeping communication tight between your team and account managers.
Responsibilities
- Direct and support a crew across multiple nightly accounts.
- Run documented QA inspections and correct issues on the spot.
- Train new cleaners on process, equipment, and safety.
- Manage supplies and equipment for your accounts.
- Be the first point of contact for account managers on your route.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of janitorial experience; prior lead or supervisory experience a plus.
- Able to coach a team and hold a quality standard.
- Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation between sites.
- Able to work evening hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
