Floor Care Technician
Full-time / Part-timeResearch Triangle, NC
Make floors look their best. You will strip, wax, buff, and extract hard floors and carpet across a range of commercial facilities, often on scheduled project work.
Responsibilities
- Strip, wax, and burnish hard-surface floors to a consistent finish.
- Shampoo and hot-water extract carpet and upholstery.
- Operate and maintain buffers, auto-scrubbers, and extractors safely.
- Set up and break down job sites, including signage and safety cones.
- Coordinate timing with account managers to work around building schedules.
Qualifications
- Prior floor-care or buffer / auto-scrubber experience preferred (we’ll train the right person).
- Comfortable operating and caring for powered floor equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
- Flexible for occasional nights or weekends on project work.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
