Sales Representative

Own new-business growth for Integra across the Research Triangle. You will prospect commercial facilities, run on-site walkthroughs, build proposals, and turn dependable service into long-term accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify commercial facilities — offices, medical, educational, industrial, etc. — across the Triangle.
- Schedule and lead on-site walkthroughs, scoping each building’s cleaning needs.
- Prepare clear, line-item proposals and follow up until the deal closes.
- Partner with operations to onboard new accounts and set them up for a clean start.
- Keep the pipeline and account notes current in the CRM.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience; facility services or janitorial a plus.
- Comfortable prospecting, presenting, and closing in person.
- Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Organized, self-directed, and steady with follow-up.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
